As a dedicated member of the International Association of Engineers, Captain Harpal Singh is a highly qualified Senior Instructor for the School of Aircraft Maintenance. With a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he specialises in aircraft powerplant and safety and health. He holds certifications including Inspector of Work Intern (IOW) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), FAA Power Plant License in the USA, and instructor upgrading training in Germany.
With 24 years of experience in the Royal Malaysian Air force (RMAF), including 7 years at the RMAF Technical Training School as an engineering officer, he is also a qualified trainer for the Train-The-Trainer course. Captain Harpal's exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and passion for advancing knowledge make him a valuable mentor for young aircraft engineers.
