Job Description
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs
  • Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Learn and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and storage
  • Aid in receiving and inspecting deliveries of kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Assist in setting up and cleaning kitchen equipment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Learn and follow standard recipes and presentation techniques
  • Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or managers

Other Requirements
  • Passion for food and a keen interest in the culinary industry
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a culinary or hospitality-related program (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude
