We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Financial Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase. Your goal is to generate sales leads and meet sales quotas while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, cold-calling, or warm leads.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects by engaging in professional and friendly conversations, listening to their needs, and addressing their questions or concerns.

Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches, highlight product benefits, and effectively handle objections to encourage sales conversion.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads, record customer information, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the company.

Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, nurturing relationships and closing deals.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulations and company policies, and privacy laws.

Product and Sales Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product enhancements, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and share insights on customer feedback and market trends.

Personal Financial Executives work closely with clients to provide customized financial guidance and help them make informed decisions to secure their financial futures. The role requires a high level of trust and responsibility, as clients often share sensitive financial information with their advisors

Academic Qualification Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
