Job Title : Business Development

• The trainee will manage end to end activities during the whole tenure, building case studies.
• Helping small businesses to build a sustainable brand & create an impact on social, economic and environmental issues.
• Building partnership with creative communities across the globe.
• Attending weekly brainstorming sessions to execute new ideas, doing monthly presentations on assigned topics.
• Monthly reviews for your contribution towards the growth of the company.
• Visiting creative manufacturing partners around your location.
• Attending trade shows online/offline. Managing projects from design to delivery.
• This list is non exhaustive and all other responsibilities will be discussed in the interview.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as we currently support through a variety of mediums including (but not limited to) phone, email, and chat.
• Empathetic and understanding to our customers’ unique experiences. You must be passionate about delighting our customers every single day!
• Ruthlessly organised, disciplined, and comfortable managing competing priorities with care.
• Confident in adapting to rapid change in a metrics-based and performance-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multitask; this role will involve navigating and diagnosing website experiences while maintaining focus on the customer and their immediate needs.
• Ability to quickly pick up a variety of software applications with ease, HubSpot, Emails, Google sheets and CRM.
