  • Prepare and cook simple Asian and Western dishes according to the SOP provided.
  • Perform daily mise en place to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Assist in kitchen duties as required, including food preparation and plating.
  • ollow kitchen safety standards and food handling procedures.
  • Work as a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and multitask under pressure.
