Job Description
  • Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering about menu.
  • Input orders into a point-of-sales (POS) system and accept payment using a credit card, cash or any method of payment as required.
  • Ensures to deal with customers and customer complaints in a diplomatic manner, and appropriately escalates such instances to the Restaurant Supervisor.
  • Promotes good branding image of the unit through always ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the Restaurant is always kept clean. Check Restaurant furnishings for damages and promptly informs the Unit Manager of such damages to facilitate proper repair.
  • Check the cleanliness of service equipment.
  • Check tables and table set-up. Ensures fast turn around and cleaning of table when customers leave the unit.
  • Keep the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor of any issues related to service.
  • Adheres to the company’s policy on grooming.
  • Ensures to comply with all Health and Safety Standards as required and published by the management.
