The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms. This role ensures brand consistency, drives customer engagement, and provides marketing support to internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Support the creation, production, and distribution of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create engaging social media content, activations, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute on-ground marketing activations to boost customer engagement and awareness.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, display ads, and email campaigns, with performance analysis.
  • Conduct market research on trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing decisions.
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies.
  • Provide marketing support for internal departments, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, third-party vendors, and marketing materials delivery.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and provide insights for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing paperwork.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Academic Qualification Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Other Requirements
  • Passionate about Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Malay and, Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Bonus skills: Graphic design, video editing, and/or photography experience.
