Job Title : Junior Marketing (Trainee)

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support ongoing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing promotions and advertising efforts.
• Support the research, selection, and communication process with digital creators and influencers.
• Help manage influencer and partnership campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook.
• Contribute to multi-format content creation, including video, graphics, copywriting, and audio, to enhance brand storytelling.
• Assist in ideation and planning for short video shoots.
• Monitor and track campaign and influencer performance, compile reports, and gather actionable insights.
• Conduct research on marketing tools, E-commerce trends, CRM platforms, and digital/IT solutions.

• Passionate about marketing, social media, and influencer culture.
• Active on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — whether as a creator or avid follower.
• Creative, curious, and up-to-date with online trends.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Good personality, detail-oriented, organized, and people-friendly.
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
