Assisting in the DDS project – turning all paper documents into digital copies using scanning equipment. Assisting in labelling and compiling files. Assists in doing research/surveys and coming out with new design ideas. Assist executive to call regarding quotations, comparison of quotations, awards, monitoring of jobs and payment. Compiling the necessary documents for submission, etc. (if any) Opportunity to learn and attend site evaluation. Assisting executive in contractual matters such as SFA checklist, Contract Binding etc. Measuring the plan by using AutoCAD.
