Job Title : Internship for Finance Department

Assist for all types of properties sales administration activities (including e-SPA, Consent, billing, memorandum of transfer, etc.) up to the delivery of vacant possession. Assist to send the progress billings and follow up on the collection of payment from purchasers and financiers on timely basis. Setting up the customer master file and compile the necessary document. Accounts/ Sales admin documents filing & any other clerical tasks assigned.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
