• Research topics and trends for content creation.
• Assist in developing storyboards for video and digital content.
• Support content planning and creation for various platforms.
• Assist in managing social media platforms.
• Assist in video editing and graphic design for marketing materials.
• Create visually appealing content using design tools.
• Support the production of high-quality digital assets.
• Need to assist the event team if required (especially during event preparation).

• Highly driven and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
• Proficiency in more than 2 language in a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening TESSB’s brand voice by contributing to our branding and style guidelines. A strong understanding of industry trends and competitor strategies will be essential, as you'll be expected to analyze both the successes and challenges in the market—and share these insights with the team to continuously elevate our content and communication efforts.
