Job Title : Internship (Finance/Accounting)

• Processing & recording sales transactions
• Reconcile banking receipts with sales reports daily
• Following up on payment from customers
• Monitor daily cash banking by outlets and issue discrepancy reports in a timely manner
• Issue petty cash for approved spending
• Procure and small change to outlets
• Provide sales reports to landlord & franchisors
• Support the Accounting Manager in month end closing & reporting
• Prepare daily sales KPI report
• Compile & reconcile delayed flight meal vouchers to bill customer
• Other ad hoc task as assigned by manager
