Job Title : Account Executive

• Assist and support on the closing monthly account, timely submission of accurate financial reports, analysis, forecasts, financial statements, and compliance with appropriate accounting standards, Transfer Pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and local regional requirements including but not limited to accounting, taxation and audit matters. This will include working with external providers on the timely preparation and submission of annual statutory audited accounts and income tax reports, etc.
• Responsible for Cost Accounting functions and Inventory Accounting.
• Maintaining the factories product and standard costing, ensure timely identification of variances to budget to be able to drive the correct behaviors to achieve financial objectives.
• To gather, analyse and summarize cost data such as parts, labour hours, machine hour etc.
• Other ad hoc duties / tasks / projects as assigned by the Management.
