Job Description
  • Provide friendly and efficient check-in and out service.
  • Providing efficient, friendly, and cordial service to the guests.
  • Carry out the completion of the registration process by retrieving and inputting information with routine difficulty from a computer system and confirming the guest's reservation information.
  • To take on a proactive role by always being at the lobby.
  • Ensure that all policies and instructions implemented are followed.
  • Basic cashiering and credit card handling.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
  • Maintain the high standard of service and hospitality.

Academic Qualification
  • Applicant must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/ Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • Students and fresh graduates from Hotel Management School are encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A good team player and strive to have a career in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, as well as occasional overnight shifts.
