Admin Executive (Office of Admission and Records/ Exam Unit)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing student academic records and maintaining data accuracy in the student management system.
  • Support the coordination and execution of examination processes, including scheduling, invigilation logistics, and results processing.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and documentation related to academic and examination matters.
  • Liaise with academic and non-academic departments for coordination and compliance purposes.
  • Provide counter services for student inquiries.
  • Ensure timely filing, record keeping, and document control in line with institutional policies.
  • Assist with audits and reporting requirements (internal/external).
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic administration or similar roles (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential data.
