Responsibilities
- Assist in managing student academic records and maintaining data accuracy in the student management system.
- Support the coordination and execution of examination processes, including scheduling, invigilation logistics, and results processing.
- Prepare letters, reports, and documentation related to academic and examination matters.
- Liaise with academic and non-academic departments for coordination and compliance purposes.
- Provide counter services for student inquiries.
- Ensure timely filing, record keeping, and document control in line with institutional policies.
- Assist with audits and reporting requirements (internal/external).
- Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic administration or similar roles (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential data.
