    Entry Requirements

    Malaysia and International students:

    • Possess a recognised Master degree; or other recognised equivalent qualification.

    Additional requirement:

    • A curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
    • A statement of research intent, describing what you want to accomplish in your doctoral research.

    English Language Requirements

    (for international students)*

    • International students must attain English Language competency equivalent to an IELTS band score of 6.0 or its equivalent that complies with the programme standards set by the Malaysian Qualification Agency.
    • International students from countries who have their tertiary education in English shall be exempted from the requirement.

    The entry requirements serve as a guideline. The conditions would require a student’s research proposal to be approved.
