Kitchen Officer

Responsibilities: 
  • To assist in the preparation document of purchase request and received invoice.
  • To check and receive all deliveries accordingly.
  • To store the supplies accordingly.
  • To perform stock taking of inventory at regular intervals.
  • To perform any administrative work related to kitchen operations.
  • To adhere to kitchen hygiene and sanitation standard at all times.
  • To have the ingredients and special requests ready for the cooking lecturer’s before the start of his/her class.
  • To assist in the preparation of cafeteria’s food production.
Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Full time position available.
