The School of Computing offers  programmes aimed at equipping  students with a strong academic foundation and occupational skills needed for students to thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic environment. To keep abreast with industrial skill sets and technological advancement, certification programmes such as Oracle Java, Oracle database, NCLA, NCLP are incorporated into the computing curriculum. Graduates from the programmes have positioned themselves in gratifying careers at prestigious establishments both locally and abroad.

Graduates from our programmes could work in areas as diverse as artificial intelligence, computer graphics, software development, gaming, computer animation, computer vision, computer and network security, e-commerce, databases, information systems to business and finance, entrepreneur as well as research and development.

Students who have high interest in computing especially in programming and are ready to learn a variety of programming languages, how to design, analyse and maintain software; Students who have high interest in planning, designing, implementation, management and maintenance of computer networking as well as computer communication systems; Students who have high interest in generating, processing and distributing information and Students who have high interest in graphics, gaming and animation are encouraged to apply.
