Student Application Form

Please read this carefully before you proceed with filling in the Online Application Form.

1. Fill-in the online application form ONLY if you want to apply for admission into a programme offered at Nilai University College.
2. If you require information on a programme, financing options or to clear any doubts, please use the online enquiry form OR call to speak to an education counselor at 06-8502338.
3. Once we receive your online application, it will be processed and if your results meet the minimum entry requirement needed for the programme which you have applied for, we will send you a conditional letter of offer. The next available intake for the programme you have applied for will be stated in the conditional letter of offer.
4. The letter will be emailed to you and the original posted to the address stated in the application.
5. Once you receive the conditional offer letter, you can immediately come to the campus to register for the programme. You may also need to make arrangements for your accommodation etc.
6. If you are unable to come, please call the Office of Admissions and Records (OAR) at 06-8502338 to indicate your acceptance of the offer.
